What is Mindfulness and Life Coaching?

Mindfulness and Life Coaching encourages us to focus on the present moment in a particular way and to stop constant reflection on the past or dreaming too much about the future. By taking on this mindful view you can reach greater clarity on what is happening in your mind and all around you.

Are you lacking in direction, positivity or motivation in a particular area of your life or do you wish to reach a goal of happiness or self-love? 

Mindful life coaching will help you focus and achieve your goals.

Things may drag us down, or make us feel depressed, or cause us to doubt ourselves, all of which can lead to negative thought patterns. Through mindfulness I will help you achieve better focus and attention, thus allowing you to be less influenced by life's ongoing daily distractions.

We will explore key concepts: awareness, the ability to be non-judgmental and the skill of living in the present moment. We will face our fears, worries and anxieties and as a result become more in control of our lives. With this will come an understanding that adopting a positive mindset will help us to cope with life in a happier, more content and more fulfilling way.

How much does it cost?     £40 sterling/  €50 Euro per 1 hour session.
